Terms and Conditions
1. Only the Hong Kong and Macau’s customers of S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“S.F. Express”) are eligible to enroll in this Self-Order Placement Reward Program (“Program”).
2. This Program is valid from 28 April to 8 June 2014.
3. The Self-Order Placement Services include IVR Telephone System, S.F. Express Online Service Platform, S.F. EZ GO and S.F. Express WeChat (HMT).
4. The accumulation period of this Program is on a calendar weekly basis from every Monday to Sunday.
5. Customers must use the same mobile phone number or company phone number for all Self-Order Placement Services. We will not accept any combination for calculating the volume of order placements.
6. If customers have the same volume of order placement, the one with higher accumulated shipment charges will be considered.
7. For the purpose of calculating the volume of order placements, only the orders which are successfully placed by the customers and successfully delivered to the recipients shall be included.
8. S.F. Express will announce the winner list within 14 working days after the end of each calendar week on S.F. Express’s official Website.
9. Customers hereby agree S.F. Express to collect the locations where the gifts are pickup (customers can select one of the S.F. Express Service Centers or S.F. Stores) for the purpose of its internal statistical research and analysis.
10. S.F. Express makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any of the gifts, including but not limited to their quality, applicable Terms and Conditions, warranty and maintenance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and intellectual property rights.
11. S.F. Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of the gifts and / or the quality of the gifts and we are not responsible or liable in any way for any warranty or maintenance of the gifts.
12. S.F. Express reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
13. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between S.F. Express and each customer are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Each customer and S.F. Express irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
14. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
15. In case of any dispute arising out of the Program, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.
