To optimize our 2-hour express delivery service for local shipments, starting from 1 May 2014, auto-refund will be arranged to customers if we do not meet the committed time* (including 2-Hour Express Delivery Service Surcharge HKD120 and shipment charge). No refund application is needed.
For S.F. Express credit account customers, customers will receive full refund in the monthly statement within 4 working days.
For non S.F. Express credit account customers, customers will receive full refund to your bank account to 3 working days (only applicable for Bank of China or HSBC). If you choose cheque refund by mail, around 10 working days are needed.
