1. Customers hereby agree S.F. Express to collect the address for gift pick-up for the purpose of its internal statistical research and analysis.
2. S.F. Express makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any of the gifts, including but not limited to their quality, applicable Terms and Conditions, warranty and maintenance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and intellectual property rights.
3. S.F. Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of the gifts and / or the quality of the gifts and we are not responsible or liable in any way for any warranty or maintenance of the gifts.
4. S.F. Express reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
5. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between S.F. Express and each customer are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Each customer and S.F. Express irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
6. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
7. In case of any dispute arising out of the Program, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.
