More than 450 S.F. Express service points are available in Hong Kong 18 Districts to let you experience Self-pickup Everywhere! From now till 15 March 2015, you can join below “Self-pickup Everywhere” activities to win fabulous gifts!

 

Activity 1 : Prized Game – Where are the Self-pickup Customers?
There are 10 Online-shopping customers walking around in thriving city – Hong Kong, they have just picked up their parcels at S.F. Express Service Points. Your mission: find out all 10 self-pickup customers in the picture, all parcels on their hands are printed with an S.F. logo.

You can get the game form at S.F. Stores. A S.F. Pen will be awarded when you return this completed game form with your personal information to our S.F. Store staff during the promotion period. You are entitled to enroll in the Lucky Draw if you successfully completed the mission. You can also send the scanned copy of game form to
hkmarket@sf-express.com. Let’s find out 10 self-pickup customers to win the fabulous rewards!

Game Rules & Lucky Draw Enrollment Method

  1. You can get the game form at S.F. Stores. Find out 10 customers who pick up S.F. parcels in the picture and circle them.
  2. Only one character for a circle. If more than one character is found in a circle, it will be treated as wrong answer.
  3. You can draw 10 circles on each form. Drawing more than 10 circles will be disqualified.
  4. A S.F. Pen will be awarded when you return the completed game form with personal information to S.F. Store staff while stock lasts. You can also send the scanned copy to hkmarket@sf-express.com by email. You are entitled to enroll in the Lucky Draw by completing the mission. The game form shall be collected by S.F. Express.

  1. Only the Hong Kong’s customer of S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“S.F. Express”) are eligible to enroll in this “Prized Game – Where are the Parcels Self-pickup Customers?” (“Game”). This game is not applicable for customers from Macau or other countries.
  2. This game is valid from 24 November 2014 to 10 January 2015, both dates are inclusive ("Game Period").
  3. Each phone number entitles to participate the game once only within the game period.
  4. S.F. Express will announce the lucky draw result in S.F. Express’s Official Website, The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 23 January 2015. Winners will receive individual notification.
  5. Partial gifts available under this game are supplied by external suppliers. Customers hereby acknowledge that the gifts will be further subject to the Terms and Conditions of the gift providers. Customers shall refer to the terms and conditions of the relevant gifts before use. S.F. Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of the gifts and / or the quality of the gifts. S.F. Express shall not be liable for any return or replacement for any gift.
  6. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between S.F. Express and each customer are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Each customer and S.F. Express irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
  7. Employee of S.F Express shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.
  8. If you have once given us your personal data, you may receive from us, our subsidiaries and our associated companies from time to time telephone calls, emails and direct mailings containing promotional materials. Terms & Conditions:

  1. From 24 November 2014 to 28 February 2015, customers can earn 1 stamp for every parcel self-pickup or drop-off at S.F. Stores. The number of stamps earned is calculated based on the number of S.F. waybill involved, no stamp will be granted for redemption service or parcel return service.
  2. Each card can register with maximum 3 phone numbers. Only domestic mobile phone number and residential line are accepted. All stamps shall be counted based on actual self-pickup and drop-off record of registered phone numbers.
  3. Customers shall keep all S.F. waybill copies till end of the event. You will be disqualified for gift redemption if there is a mismatch between stamps collection card’s record and S.F. Express’s record.
  4. Each complete set of stamps can only be used to redeem a maximum of ONE S.F. Gift only.
  5. Stamps must be collected on one single stamp collection card. No stamp collection card can be combined under any circumstances.
  6. Stamps cannot be reused.
  7. All S.F. Gifts are available on first-come, first-served basis and while stock lasts only.
  8. Stamp collection card will be collected by S.F. Express upon redemption.
  9. Photocopies of, or damaged or altered stamp collection cards, will NOT be accepted.
  10. All redemption procedures must be done at S.F. Stores.
  11. In case of any dispute, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.
  12. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
