Overseas areas cover Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Australia and the United States. All accumulated bonus points can be used to redeem a range of splendid gifts. Terms and Conditions
1. Only the Hong Kong and Macau credit account customers of S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Ltd and S.F. Express (Macau) Ltd (“S.F. Express”) are eligible to enroll in this Bonus Point Scheme (“Scheme”).
2. The bonus point accumulation period for S.F. Express Bonus Point Scheme 2014 is from 1 January to 31 December 2014.
3. For local shipments, shipments to China / Taiwan / Macau / Hong Kong and overseas shipments, 1 bonus point will be earned for each full HKD/MOP1 spent on sending shipment.
4. Fuel Surcharge, Remote Area Surcharge, Non-Industrial/Commercial Surcharge, Special Warehousing Service Charge, and /or Other Special Handling Charges shall not be included for the purpose of calculating the bonus points.
5. This Scheme is only applicable to shipments sent from Hong Kong or Macau which are paid by the shipper. Shipments should be sent from the registered address of your credit account with S.F. Express.
6. Accumulated bonus points can only be redeemed during any one of the redemption periods in May, September 2014 and January 2015. Unredeemed bonus points will be forfeited as of 1 February 2015.
7. Gifts can only be redeemed in the designated redemption period. S.F. Express does not accept any redemption application for the previous gifts or in an expired redemption period.
8. Applications for gifts redemption should be confirmed by S.F. Express. A qualified customer will receive a notification about the delivery arrangement for the gift(s) within 4-8 weeks after the end of each redemption period.
9. In case the selected gift is out of stock, S.F. Express may at its sole discretion provide a gift of equivalent value from the same gift category.
10. S.F. Express makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any of the gifts, including but not limited to their quality, applicable terms and conditions , warranty and maintenance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and intellectual property rights.
11. All products and / or services available under this Scheme are supplied by external suppliers. Customers hereby acknowledge that the redeemed gifts will be further subject to the Terms and Conditions of the products or services. Customers shall refer to the terms and conditions of the relevant gifts / services before use. S.F. Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of the gifts or services and / or the quality of the gifts /services. S.F. Express shall not be liable for any return or replacement for any gift. A return or replacement of any gift should be arranged with the supplier only if the product is defective or damaged. S.F. Express is not responsible or liable in any way for any warranty or maintenance of the redeemed gifts. Customers are advised to contact suppliers directly, if there is any query or dispute concerning the product warranty and maintenance.
12. No cancellation, alternation or replacement can be made once the gift redemption is accepted by S.F. Express.
13. Customers must be in good financial standing with S.F. Express in order to qualify for the gift redemption. S.F. Express reserves the right to withhold or withdraw any gift redemption in the event that the customer fails to settle any outstanding payment(s) by due date in respect of the credit account. In the event that the relevant credit account is closed or terminated, the bonus points earned will be forfeited immediately.
14. S.F. Express reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
15. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between S.F. Express and each customer are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and Macau. Each customer and S.F. Express irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong and Macau.
16. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
17. In case of any dispute arising out of the Scheme, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.
