Terms and Conditions

• Refrigerated delivery coupon("coupon") is only applicable for Door-to-door Refrigerated Delivery Service within Hong Kong.

• Coupon is valid only within the effective date and it is stated on the coupon. Coupon is not applicable for Festive Days and Eves of Festive Days (including 19 June, 20 June, 30 June and 1 July 2015).

• Shipment has to be paid by senders.
• The value of coupon is HKD38. Should the freight charge exceed HKD38, senders are required to pay for the remaining balance.
• Only one coupon can be used per shipment. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or resold.
• S.F. Express will not accept any used coupons.
• Coupon is valid only when customers present to courier a printout of the coupon (with authorized signature or company stamp) during shipment pickup before payment is made.
• According to the standard Refrigerated Delivery Service, the time slot of shipment pickup cannot be selected.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.
• In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and the Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
