S.F. Express Online Service Platform Guideline

1.  Login to S.F. Express Online Service Platform

1.1  Click here to access the login interface of S.F. Express Online Service Platform

1.2  Enter User Name
a)  For the monthly account customers of S.F. Express, please use your credit account number and enter "ZD+ your account number"
Example:If your credit account number is 8521234567, your user name for login is ZD8521234567
b)  Customers registered in S.F. Express Online Service Platform and select login by Email, please log in with your Email address
c)  Customers registered in S.F. Express Online Service Platform and select login by mobile, please log in with registered phone number

1.3  Enter Password – For the first time login user, please use the initial PIN assigned to your Email

Remarks:
a)  For changing password, please refer to Part 4 of this guideline
b)  If you forget your password, please click "Forgot Password". Our system will automatically generate a new one to your registered Email address
*For the first time login user, we suggest you changing password at first

1.4  Enter Security Code – the security code is located at the right box

 

2.  Online Ordering
2.1  Self-Order Placement

2.1.1  After login, customers can fill in the shipment information (marked with*) and click “Submit” to place order (See green box)

Other Functions:

• Select “Edit Address Book for Shipper” or “Edit Address Book for Receiver” (See red box) to add the shipper or receiver’s information. By choosing shippers or receivers in the Address Book, you do not need to enter those information again for every order placement.
• The related contact information will be automatically updated after the address selected from the pickup address list or delivery address list

2.1.2  Click“Print Waybill” to print out Waybill after the order placement (See red box)

2.2 Order Management

Mouse-over "Online Ordering" and click "Order Management". (See red box) Customers simply enter “Start time”, “End time”, “Contact Number” or “Order Number” and click “Enquiry” (See green box) to cancel the order or Waybill printing.

 

3.  Check The Shipment Status

Mouse-over "Self Services" and you can select "Subscribe by Email" or “Waybill Enquiry”

3.1  Email Notification
Select “Subscribe by Email” (See red box), enter “Waybill Number”, “Email Address” and “Security Code”, and click “Subscribe” to get the required notification of shipment status. (See green box)

3.2  Track the Shipment Status
Select “Waybill Enquiry” (See red box), enter “Waybill Number” and “Security Code”, and click “Enquiry” to check the shipment status. (See green box)

 

4.  Information Management

Mouse-over "My Information" and you can select "Change Password", “My Profile", “My Shipper” or “My Receiver”

4.1  Change Password
Select “Change Password” (See red box), and then enter “Current Password”, “New Password” and “Reconfirm Password”, and click “Submit” to change your password (See green box)
4.2  Edit the Shipper’s Profile
Select “My Profile” (See red box), then customers can edit the shipper’s information by clicking “Submit” (See green box) to amend “Customer Name”, “Company Name”, “Telephone Number”, “Mobile Number” or “Email Address”
4.3  Add the Shipper
Select “My Shipper” (See red box), and enter shipper’s information (marked with*), and click “Save” to add the shipper (See green box)
4.4  Add the Receiver
Select “My Receiver” (See red box), and enter receiver’s information (marked with*) and click “Save” to add the receiver (See green box)
