SF Global aims to fulfill the delivery needs of e-commerce business. It is an exclusive service for e-commerce customers located in Hong Kong and the United States to send shipments to mainland China.

Remarks:
- Shipments originated from Hong Kong with first chargeable weight less than 1kg will be rounded up as 1kg and shipments over 1kg are calculated in 0.5kg increments. Weight in decimal kg will be rounded up to the next 0.5kg.
Shipments originated from the United States are calculated in 1lb increments. Weight in decimal lb will be rounded up to the nearest 1 lb. - Full waiver of Fuel Surcharge is granted on all shipments. S.F. Express reserves the right to impose the Fuel Surcharge without prior notice.
- With reference to the provisions of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), shipments with a large volume but a light weight will be charged at the higher of the prices for volumetric weight and actual weight. The formula below can be used to calculate the volume weight: volume weight (kg) = length (cm) * width (cm) * height (cm) / 6000.
