- The above services are only applicable for shipments sent within Hong Kong / Hong Kong domestic shipment.
- Customers must drop off shipments at S.F. Service Centers or S.F. Stores for the above services.
- Additional freight charge may be required and the transit time will be affected for the Redirection Service. Please call our Customer Service Hotline for more information.
- Non-Industrial / Commercial Surcharge and Remote Area Surcharge will be waived for SF Box.
- Additional fee will be required for shipments delivered to non-industrial / commercial address or remote area for SF Easy Ship.
- These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited ("S.F. Express") and each customer are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Each customer and S.F. Express irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
- S.F. Express reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.
