International Forwarding Service

International Forwarding Service Platform offers you one-stop forwarding service. Through this platform, you can save shipment costs by a few simple steps. First, you can purchase your favorite products from Taobao and Tmall and send to S.F. Express warehouse. Then, you can choose to combine your orders and ship them to Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan in one go. Hong Kong customers can pick up the parcels at S.F. Stores and Service Centers or S.F. Express Authorized Service Points while Macau customers can choose to pick up shipments at S.F. Express Service Centers or S.F. Express Authorized Service Points.

Forwarding Fee:

Storage fee: Free storage for first 20 days, RMB 1 per parcel will be charged per day after exceeding the free storage period. 

*Surcharge: HKD30 Non-Industrial / Commercial Surcharge or Remote Area Surcharge apply to shipments delivered to non-industrial / commercial buildings and remote areas. (Surcharges will be collected by staff of S.F. Express during delivery)
