1. How to register the Bonus Point Scheme 2015?
Starting from 1 March to 31 December 2015, customers can click here to visit the Bonus Point Scheme Webpage for registration. Registered credit accounts are not required to register again.
2. Who can join the Bonus Point Scheme 2015?
All Hong Kong and Macau company credit account customers, credit account number starting from 852 or 853, are entitled to register our Bonus Point Scheme 2015. Customers can click here to visit the Bonus Point Scheme Webpage for registration. Registered credit accounts are not required to register again.
3. I have personal credit account, can I join the Bonus Point Scheme 2015?
Hong Kong and Macau company credit account customers are eligible to enroll in Bonus Point Scheme 2015 only.

4. Bonus points of January and February can also be accumulated if I register the Scheme after 1 March 2015?
All bonus points will be accumulated from 1 January 2015.
5. When can I check the bonus points?
Please click here to visit the Bonus Point Scheme Webpage to check the bonus points. Accumulated bonus points will be automatically renewed on 10th each month.
6. How can I accumulate the bonus points?
Bonus points will be calculated based on the total amount as shown on the relevant monthly statement. 1 bonus point for every HKD/MOP100 spent on sending shipment and 2 bonus points for every eligible HKD/MOP100 on international shipments* (Less than HKD/MOP 100 will be rounded off)
Logistics Cargo Service Charges, Fuel Surcharge, Remote Area Surcharge, Non-Industrial/Commercial Surcharge, Special Warehousing Service Charges, and /or Other Special Handling Charges shall not be included for the purpose of calculating the bonus points.
*International areas: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Australia and the United States (Excluding China, Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan Areas)
7. How can I check the bonus points or redeem gifts if I forget the password?
Please click here to visit the Bonus Point Scheme Webpage and click “Forgot Password”, entering your credit account number and registered contact number. The password will be sent to your registered email within 1 hour.
8. When can I redeem the gifts?
Customers can redeem the gifts within the redemption period, July 2015 and January 2016. Customers can click here to visit the Bonus Point Scheme Webpage to check the bonus point balance and redeem the desired gift(s). Unredeemed bonus points will be forfeited as of 1 February 2016.
9. When can I receive the redeemed gifts?
Qualified customers will receive a notification about the delivery arrangement for the gift(s) within 2 weeks after the end of each redemption period. In case of your selected gift(s) is out of stock, we may provide a gift of equivalent value from the same gift category.
10. Why there is the differences between my accumulated bonus points and the total amount as shown on the monthly statement?
Bonus points will be calculated based on the total amount as shown on the relevant monthly statement. Logistics Cargo Service Charges, Fuel Surcharge, Remote Area Surcharge, Non-Industrial/Commercial Surcharge, Special Warehousing Service Charges, and /or Other Special Handling Charges shall not be included for the purpose of calculating the bonus points.
11. When can I register for the Bonus Point Scheme 2015 if I am a newly joined credit account customer?
All new credit account customers can click here to register the Scheme at the Bonus Point Scheme Webpage after 3 working days upon account activation.
