How to Download (you may choose one of the following ways)

1. Scan QR code
Scan QR code with the scanner in your mobile phone to download


2. Download in App Store
Login App Store with your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. Search for "SF Express". Download and install


3. Google Play/Android Market
Search for "SF Express" in Google Play/Android Market. Download and install


4. Local download for mobile phones with Android Operating System
Download S.F. EZ-GO Mobile App to your computer and transfer the apk file to your mobile phone to install, or login this website with your mobile phone browser and click “here” to download and install

 

S.F. EZ-GO Functions

1. Login S.F. Account
1.1 Click “My S.F.” at the bottom of homepage (See red box)

 


1.2 For the registered S.F. account customers, you can enter mobile number or email address and password in the login interface, then press “Login ” (See red box)
 
1.3 If you are not registered S.F. account customer, you can press “Register”. Select the region, enter mobile number and press “Send Verification Code”. The code will be sent out by SMS. Enter verification code, set your password, and then press “Register” to complete the registration

2. Self-Order Placement
2.1 Press the icon with “New Order” at the top left corner of the homepage to place order (See red box)
 

2.2 Fill in the shipper information and press “Submit order” to place the order (See red box)

Remarks:
• You can default shipper’s contact details
• Click the shipper information to select the shipper information from mobile address book or S.F. address book (See green box)

 
2.3 After completing the order, “Order completed”will be displayed on your screen.

 

3. Check The Shipment Status
3.1 Press the icon with “Track & Trace” at the top right corner of the homepage (See red box)
 
3.2 Scan or enter the Waybill number to check the shipment status

 

4. Enquiry

4.1 Click “Our Service” at the lower left corner to view product introduction, value-added services etc (See red box)

 
4.2 Click “Tool” at the lower right corner to check shipment rates, service coverage and exchange rates etc (See red box)
