S.F. Express has been devoted to fostering green living to protect the environment. To preserve a green world and save the environment through paperless billing, we are delighted to invite you to register for our E-billing Service by filling in <<E-Bill Registration Form>>.

 

E-Billing Service Guidelines

1. Login to S.F. Express Online Service Platform

1.1 Click here to access the login interface of S.F. Express Online Service Platform
1.2 Enter User Name
a) For the monthly account customers of S.F. Express, please use your credit account number and enter "ZD+ your account number"
Example:If your credit account number is 8521234567, your user name for login is ZD8521234567
b) Customers registered in S.F. Express Online Service Platform and select login by Email, please log in with your Email address
c) Customers registered in S.F. Express Online Service Platform and select login by mobile, please log in with registered phone number
1.3 Enter Password – For the first time login user, please use the initial PIN assigned to your Email


Remarks:
a) For changing password, please refer to Part 4 of this guideline
b) If you forget your password, please click "Forgot Password". Our system will automatically generate a new one to your registered Email address
*For the first time login user, we suggest you changing password at first
1.4 Enter Security Code – the security code is located at the right box

 

2. Monthly Bill Query
Mouse-over "E-Bill" and click "Monthly Bill Query" (Circled in yellow)

 

3. Previous Monthly Bill Query
Our system will keep bills of the past three months for customers' reference
Customers can click a month of their choices to access the bill (Circled in yellow)

 

4. Single/ Mass Waybill Query
Our system enables both single and mass waybill query. Customers can tailor their searches through setting criteria.
4.1 Tick the box of "Monthly" or "Daily" and preset a desired time range; or enter the 12-digit waybill number (Framed in red)
4.2 Click "Enquiry"(Circled in yellow)
4.3 Tick the box (es) of your preferred waybill(s) and press "Download Image". (Circled in yellow)

 

5. Modify Billing Information
Mouse-over "E-Bill" and click "Modify Billing Info." (Circled in yellow). You can modify your Email address, contact name, phone number, fax number and address

 

6. Password Change
Mouse-over "My Information" and click "Change Password" (Circled in yellow)

 

Remarks:

  1. E-Bill will be sent from Email address dzzd852@sf-express.com.cn to your registered Email on the 3rd day of each month.
  2. Since the contents of the bills include business-sensitive information, you are reminded to inform us immediately at (852) 278 71 222 if there is any account information to be updated. (e.g. change Email address for receipt of E-Bill).
