Change Payment Mode Service
Introduction
Customers may choose to change the payment mode of shipment fees, including freight charges and value-added service fees, before acceptance and sign-off. For shipments whose payment mode has been changed, not only the freight charges and value-added service fees, but also the Change Payment Mode Service Surcharges would be charged.

*The Change Payment Mode Service from paid by shipper to paid by consignee is not available at the moment.
(Effective since 1st August, 2015)
Remarks:
- Changing of payment mode due to reasons of S.F. Express is exempted from surcharges (only limited to operational errors of couriers, transit time delay, shipment damages or loss).
- S.F. Express reserves the right of final decision in the event of dispute.
