Autopay Service of S.F. Express is available now. Hong Kong customers can apply for direct debit from bank account or from credit card to settle the billable charges of credit account. Once the application is successful, the billable charges will be debited from the bank account/ credit card directly without additional charge.

From now on till 31 August 2014, Hong Kong customers can redeem a HKD50 S.F. Store Coupon upon successful application for the Bank Autopay Service with an active E-Billing Service account. Let’s apply!

Terms and Conditions
1. Only credit account customers of S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“S.F. Express”) are eligible to enroll in this Bank Autopay Service Program (“Program”). This Program is not applicable for Macau’s credit account customers.
2. The Promotional Period is from now till 31 August 2014 ("the Promotional Period"). HKD50 S.F. Store Coupon (“Coupon”) will only been issued to the customer who has successfully applied for and been approved to use the Bank Autopay Service with an active E-Billing Service Account. The coupon will be delivered within 4-8 weeks after verification. This Program is not applicable to Credit Card Autopay Service. Each credit account is only entitled to redeem one coupon during the Promotional Period.
3. S.F. Express reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
4. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between S.F. Express and each customer are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Each customer and S.F. Express irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
5. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
6. In case of any dispute arising out of the Program, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.

S.F. Store Coupon - Terms and Conditions
1. This coupon entitles the bearer to exchange the equivalent amount for the goods at any Hong Kong S.F. Stores (“S.F. Stores”) on or before the expiry date. This coupon shall be invalid after the expiry date.
2. This coupon is only applicable for shopping at S.F. Stores in Hong Kong, and is not applicable for any Shipment Fees, Fuel Surcharge, Remote Area Surcharge, Non-Industrial/Commercial Surcharge, Special Warehousing Service Fees, and Other Special Handling Fees.
3. Photocopy of this coupon is not acceptable
4. Only one coupon can be used for each transaction. Each coupon can be used once only and will be surrendered upon redemption.
5. This coupon is exchangeable for goods only in S.F. Stores and no change will be given, not exchangeable for cash or not for resale.
6. This coupon is invalid and not replaceable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
