Terms and Conditions

• The cash coupon is valid from 15 December 2014 to 31 March 2015.
• The coupon is only applicable for shipment to be delivered from Hong Kong / Macau to Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea and the shipment has to be paid by senders (in cash or through credit account). (The coupon cannot be used to settle Fuel Surcharge, Remote Area Surcharge, Non-Industrial/Commercial Surcharge, Special Warehousing Service Charge, and Other Special Handling Fees)
• Should the freight charge exceed HKD/MOP20, senders are required to pay for the remaining balance due.
• Each customer can register once only. Repeated registrations will not be served.The cash coupon can be used once only. The cash coupon will be declared void if found defaced or damaged.
• Only one cash coupon can be used per shipment. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or resold.
• Upon successful registration, a confirmation Email with an e-coupon will be sent to you. Customers can inform our Customer Service representative of the unique cash coupon number (quoted in the confirmation Email) when placing an order by phone.
• Cash coupon is valid only when customers present to courier a printout of the e-coupon (with authorized signature or company stamp) during shipment pickup before payment is made.
• Customers are liable for any duties and taxes that their shipments may incur.
• Prohibited items, dangerous goods, or restricted items will not be accepted. Please call our Customer Service Hotline for more information.
• In case of any loss or damage at the time of delivery, the liability of S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited/ S.F. Express (Macau) Limited/will be strictly limited to the provisions set out on the waybill of S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited/ S.F. Express (Macau) Limited.
• S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited and S.F. Express (Macau) Limited (“S.F. Express”) reserves the right to revise the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and the Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.
