Terms and Conditions

  1. Each customer can get 5 shipments of SF Easy Pick for free only within the catch period and catch time. (Document(s) or Non-Document(s))
  2. Free SF Easy Pick cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  3. The shipments must be picked up at S.F. Service Centers or S.F. Stores, and the Non-Industrial / Commercial Surcharge and Remote Area Surcharge will be waived. If the Door Delivery Service is requested, receivers will be charged based on the domestic express rates or the price of SF Easy Ship or the other surcharge.
  4. Customers must fill in the shipping date and time on Waybill when using free SF Easy Pick.
  5. Prohibited items, dangerous goods, or restricted items will not be accepted. Please call our Customer Service Hotline for more information.
  6. In case of any loss or damage at the time of delivery, the liability of S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited ("S.F. Express") will be strictly limited to the provisions set out on the Waybill of S.F. Express.
  7. S.F. Express reserves the right to revise the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  8. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
  9. In case of any dispute, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.
