Terms and Conditions

1.Only the Hong Kong and Macau’s customers of S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited and S.F. Express (Macau) Limited (“S.F. Express”) are eligible to enroll in this Self-Order Placement Monthly Reward Program (“Program”).
2.This Program is valid from 1 July to 31 December 2014.
3.The Self-Order Placement Services include Customer Service Hotline Interactive Voice Response System, S.F. Express Online Service Platform, S.F. EZ GO and S.F. Express WeChat (HMT).
4.The accumulation period of this Program is on monthly basis. It is valid only when customers place order via our self-service up to 15 times or above each month.
5.Customers must use the Self-Order Placement Services with the same mobile phone number or company phone number. We will not accept any combination for calculating the volume of order placements. Only one reward will be allocated to a mobile phone number or company phone number won in the program within the scheme period of this Program.
6.Customers with higher accumulated shipment charges shall prevail when there is the same number of order placement amongst the customers.
7.For the purpose of calculating the volume of order placements, only the orders which are successfully placed by the customers and delivered to the consignees shall be included.
8.S.F. Express will announce the winner list on S.F. Express Official Website in mid of next month.
9.Customers hereby agree S.F. Express to collect the information of gift pickup for the purpose of its internal statistical research and analysis.
10.All products and / or services available under this Scheme are supplied by external suppliers. Customers hereby acknowledge that the redeemed gifts will be further subject to the Terms and Conditions of the products or services. Customers shall refer to the terms and conditions of the relevant gifts / services before use. S.F. Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of the gifts or services and / or the quality of the gifts /services. S.F. Express shall not be liable for any return or replacement for any gift. A return or replacement of any gift should be arranged with the supplier only if the product is defective or damaged. S.F. Express is not responsible or liable in any way for any warranty or maintenance of the redeemed gifts. Customers are advised to contact suppliers directly, if there is any query or dispute concerning the product warranty and maintenance.
11.S.F. Express reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
12.These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between S.F. Express and each customer are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Each customer and S.F. Express irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
13.In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
14.In case of any dispute arising out of the Program, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.
