Terms and Conditions
- Only Hong Kong personal credit account customers of S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“S.F. Express”) opened the account successfully within the promotional period are eligible to enroll in the above Reward 1 and Reward 2.
- Only Hong Kong and Macau company credit account customers and Hong Kong personal credit account customers of S.F. Express are eligible to enroll in the above Reward 3.
- This promotion is valid from 26 January to 31 March 2015.
- Cash rebate will be credited to your credit card account directly without any application.
- Some gifts available under this Program are supplied by external suppliers. Customers hereby acknowledge that the gifts will be further subject to the terms and conditions of the products or services. Customers shall refer to the terms and conditions of the relevant gifts before use. S.F. Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of the gifts and / or the quality of the gifts.
- Cash rebate cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or resold.
- In the event that the accumulated freight charges of the credit account exceed the amount of the cash rebate, customers are required to pay for the outstanding balance. If the freight charges of the credit account are less than the amount of the cash rebate, after the deduction of the freight charges, the residual cash rebate amount can be used in the following month.
- S.F. Express reserves the right to revise the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and the Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.
