Terms and Conditions
1. Only the Hong Kong’s customer of S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“S.F. Express”) are eligible to enroll in this “Self-Order Placement Lucky Draw Program” (“Program”). This program is not applicable for customers from Macau or other countries.
2. This Program is valid from 1 August to 31 October 2014, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
3. The Self-Order Placement Services include Customer Service Hotline Interactive Voice Response System, S.F. Express Online Service Platform, S.F. EZ-GO and S.F. Express WeChat (HMT).
4. Only the orders which are successfully placed by the customers via the above Self-Order Placement Services and successfully delivered to the recipients shall be included.
5. Each mobile phone number or company phone number entitle to win one reward only within the program period
6. S.F. Express will announce the lucky draw result in S.F. Express’s official Website, The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 24 November 2014, Winners will receive individual notification.
7. All products and / or services available under this Program are supplied by external suppliers. Customers hereby acknowledge that the gifts will be further subject to the Terms and Conditions of the products or services. Customers shall refer to the terms and conditions of the relevant gifts / services before use. S.F. Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of the gifts or services and / or the quality of the gifts /services. S.F. Express shall not be liable for any return or replacement for any gift. A return or replacement of any gift should be arranged with the supplier only if the product is defective or damaged. S.F. Express is not responsible or liable in any way for any warranty or maintenance of the gifts. Customers are advised to contact suppliers directly, if there is any query or dispute concerning the product warranty and maintenance.
8. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between S.F. Express and each customer are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Each customer and S.F. Express irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
9. Employee of S.F Express shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.
10. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
11. In case of any dispute arising out of the Program, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.
