Express shall not be liable for any return or replacement for any gift. A return or replacement of any gift should be arranged with the supplier only if the product is defective or damaged. S.F. Express is not responsible or liable in any way for any warranty or maintenance of the redeemed gifts. Customers are advised to contact suppliers directly, if there is any query or dispute concerning the product warranty and maintenance.
  2. S.F. Express reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  3. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between S.F. Express and each customer are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Each customer and S.F. Express irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
  4. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
  5. In case of any dispute arising out of the Program, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.
