Step 1 Call customer service hotline 0800-088-830, set up 4 digit ordering password via the customer service representative .

Step 2 After setting up your ordering password, next time when you call our customer service hotline, press 1 for Mandarin, then press 1 for Order Placement via IVRs. (Currently only documents export and domestics express services can place order through IVRs.)
