S.F. Express Mileage Marathon, two rounds of smart health gifts

Express Mileage Marathon, credit account customers earn 1 mile for every NTD 100 spent. Whoever reaches 1,000 miles, can redeem these miles for a healthful gift AND join our sweepstake with two great prizes to choose from.

 

Eligibility:

All customers with credit account of Taiwan S.F. Express automatically qualify to participate in this activity.

2015/01/01~2015/12/31

 

Mileage accumulation and rules:

  1. Mileage is calculated as follows:
    (1)  For every NTD100 spent, the participant is awarded 1 mile.
    (2)  Based on the monthly bills, the system will automatically award miles
    (3) Surcharges for heavy shipments, fuel surcharge, additional service fees, and other special handling fees are excluded.
    (4)  Only payments settled under the monthly billing scheme count toward the mileage.
    (5)  The mileage is carried by the credit accounts. Mileage cannot be merged or transferred across accounts.
  1. Mileage updates: the 15th day of each month.

Steps to redeem your gifts :

  1. Check your mileage (from 1,000 and up, you may redeem a gift)
  2. Fill in the gift redemption form
    *  Download from our website (click here to download the form)
    *  Call customer service to receive one(0800-088-830)
  1. Send your gift redemption form to:
    *  vip@sf-express.com or
    *  Hand it to S.F. courier
  1. Your application is approved
  2. Your gift is shipped to you

Terms & Conditions:

  1. This activity is only open to customers with credit accounts (hereinafter: customer(s)) of S.F. Express Taiwan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter: S.F. Express) to participate. Personnel of S.F. Express and partner shipping companies are excluded from participation, and they cannot accumulate mileage or redeem gifts.
  2. Mileage in the S.F. Express Mileage Marathon is accumulated from 1 January, 2015 to 31 December, 2015.
  3. After a customer's gift redemption request has been accepted, the request cannot be canceled, altered, or replaced with another request.
  4. Customers must maintain good account records to redeem the gifts. If a customer fails to pay all amounts due by the due dates, S.F. Express has the right to suspend or cancel that customer's gift redemption. If a customer's monthly billing scheme is terminated or canceled, accumulated mileage will become void immediately.
  5. If redeemed gifts are not available due to lack of stock or force majeure, S.F. Express may replace these gifts with gifts of equal value, and announce such on its website.
  6. S.F. Express does not issue any guarantee or makes any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to quality, terms and conditions, usability, sales and applicability, as well as ownership of intellectual property rights.
  7. The redeemed gifts are provided for external use. Before use, customers must read the terms and conditions on the gifts carefully. S.F. Express is not responsible for any maintenance service for the gifts, and does not accept any liability for defects or claims that may arise from these goods or services. For any inquiries or disputes related to the goods, customers must contact the competent authority or the supplier.
  8. S.F. Express reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this activity. Any such change will be announced on the S.F. Express website.
  9. In the event of any dispute, S.F. Express reserves the right of final decision.
  10. With regard to the Happy Sweepstake in this activity, in accordance with Taiwan's tax law, the individual winner resident in this country or the winning for-profit enterprise with a permanent place of business in this country must pay 10% award tax on the value of the prize exceeding NTD 20,000. If the individual winner is not resident in this country or the winning for-profit enterprise does not have a permanent place of business in this country, the applicable award tax rate is 20%, and will be withheld by the organizer of the sweepstake. Refusal to comply with the above tax rules will be deemed as forfeiture of one's rights and loss of eligibility to claim the prize.
  11. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of the activity materials and the Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
