Redemption Method
  1. Customers could redeem during three redemption periods (1-31 July 2014, 1-31 October 2014, 1-28 February 2015).
  2. Customer could either send the redemption form to vip@sf-express.com or pass the original copy to our courier and specify “Marketing Department Bonus Point Committee” on the cover
Bonus Point Checking
  1. E-mail notification: E-mail will be sent every month to inform you your entitled bonus points. Please provide your E-mail address to vip@sf-express.com to receive monthly notification.
  2. Customer Service Hotline: Customer could call 0800-0880830 to check the bonus points
  3. Enquiry via E-mail: Customer could send your request to vip@sf-express.com for bonus point checking

 

Rules for the Accumulation of Bonus Points

  1. 1. Credit account customers are eligible for sending applications for prizes if the total spending on your credit account has reached NTD$80,000 or above, otherwise customers can keep accumulating bonus points and checking the balance if the amount does not meet the criteria of application.
  2. One bonus point can be acquired when every time NTD$1 is spent.
  3. 3. 10 points will be given when each time an order via S.F. Express WeChat(ID:SF_Express-HMT) or S.F. Express official website.
  4. The criteria of total bonus points required for prizes are as follows:

How to redeem

The procedure for joining the scheme:

Eligibility
All of SF Express credit account customers can participate in this scheme.

Point balance checking

  1. Credit account customers will receive E-mail notifications monthly. Please provide your E-mail address to vip@sf-express.com to receive monthly notification.
  2. Check points balance via Customer Service Hotline at 0800-088-830.
  3. Sending E-mail to vip@sf-express.com to check points balance.


Redemption

  1. Customers can redeem gifts with 80,000 bonus points or above.
  2. Check point balance and download the Redemption Form.
  3. Complete the Redemption Form and send to vip@sf-express.com or pass the original copy to our courier. Please specify “Marketing Department Bonus Point Committee” on the cover.

 

Gift delivery Arrangement

  1. Once applications are approved, gifts will be delivered by SF Express before the end of next month.
  2. If customers haven't receive the gifts by the end of next month, please contact us at vip@sf-express.com.

*Notes

  1. Deadlines for each redemption period are 31 Jul 2014, 31 Oct 2014 and 28 Feb 2015 respectively.
  2. The redemption can be made within the three redemption periods. Unredeemed bonus points will be forfeited after 28 Feb, 2015.
  3. The bonus point account balance will be updated on 15th of every month.


Terms & Conditions

  1. Unless otherwise specified, S.F. Taiwan Bonus Point Scheme is only applicable to Credit Account Customers (abbreviated as “customers” hereinafter) of S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co. Ltd..
  2. The point accumulation period for S.F. Express Taiwan Bonus Point Scheme 2014 starts from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014.
  3. Bulk shipment order, Fuel Surcharges, Remote Area Surcharge, other value-added services surcharges and other special handling charges will be excluded from bonus point accumulation.
  4. The deadlines for each redemption period are 31 July 2014, 31 October 2014 and 28 February 2015. Gifts will be delivered to customer by end of next month upon the redemption being accepted and approved by S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co. Ltd..
  5. Each credit account is regarded as individual account for Bonus Point Scheme, accumulation of bonus points from different accounts is not allowed.
  6. Customer can select the combination of gifts with accumulated bonus points.
    For example, with 2,000,000 bonus points, customer can choose one Third Prize or Ten Fifth Prizes.
  7. Once the redemption application is confirmed, customer is not allowed to cancel or change the redemption request.
  8. The redemption of gifts is only applicable to customer with credit account in good standing. S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any redemption or cancel any bonus points if the customer is in breach of the credit account agreement or the credit account is cancelled or the credit account is not in current status.
  9. If selected gift(s) is/are out of stock, S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co. Ltd. reserves the right to replace it/them with other gift(s) of similar value or function without prior notice. A notification will be posted in our official website.
  10. All representations and warranties relating to quality, design, specifications, intellectual property of each product is made by the respective merchants.
  11. S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co. Ltd. makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products supplied by third party merchants. Customers are advised to understand the Terms and Conditions of the gift redeemed before use. Should there be any questions or disputes regarding to the redeemed gift, please contact the product’s supplier.
  12. S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co. Ltd. is entitled at any time and without prior notice or liability in any manner whatsoever to terminate the program, cancel or vary its benefits, vary, add to or delete any of these Terms and Conditions.
  13. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail if there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
  14. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co. Ltd..
